Wow, I felt so lucky to stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge, well-equipped, and beautifully clean, plus they had amazing lighting. Being just opposite the charming church added to the overall experience. On the downside, the pricing was a bit steep, but I felt like I got real value for what I paid. The service was outstanding – they even surprised me with a lovely tea and pastry when I checked in late at night. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Basel, close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The dining experience was good overall, though a tad pricey for what was offered. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious with great floorspace, although a bit smelly as if someone had smoked in it. I must say, this hotel was a real gem. The rooms were absolutely spotless and had a lovely view of the courtyard. While it was a bit of a trek from Reception, the high ceilings and spacious layout made up for it. I could even hear the charming church bells in the evenings. The service was top-notch, especially during our 50th birthday celebration. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore but still peaceful. Dining was a treat with a vast variety, though somewhat on the pricey side. Overall, a wonderful experience.
